Aguilar leads district’s paint team
±õ³Ù’sÌý, and we’re celebrating by spotlighting several ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ ISD staff members about their Hispanic heritage. Today, we’re highlighting Jaime Aguilar, ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ ISD’s general maintenance paint foreman. He’s been with the district for nearly four years and leads a professional team of 16 painters. Aguilar and his team are coming off a summer where they worked long, hard hours to make our schools look their very best. In fact, they often worked six days a week, transforming classrooms, hallways, common areas, and campuses across the district. Among their recent projects, they painted Remynse, Little, and Larson elementaries, and all of Ousley Junior High.
We caught up with Aguilar and asked him a few questions about his Hispanic heritage and time in ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ ISD.
