Shatter the Silence is this Thursday, Jan. 29
Human trafficking is a real thing in DFW.
Just ask Brooke Morris. In 2022, her 15-year-old daughter was lured from a Dallas Mavericks game, abducted, trafficked locally, and sold online out of state. She was rescued 10 days later in Oklahoma.
Now, as major sporting events like the World Cup and Grand Prix come to 精东影业, the threat 鈥 and reality 鈥 of human trafficking in our community may be greater than ever before.
That鈥檚 why Brooke Morris is coming to speak at 精东影业 ISD鈥檚 Shatter the Silence on Jan. 29, an event designed to educate and empower our community to stop human trafficking.
