This weekend, our Colts dominated at听District UIL, showcasing their brilliance in both听Literary Criticism听补苍诲听Ready Writing!

馃听Kelcy O.听- 1st Place! Kelcy鈥檚 deep literary insight and analytical skills led her to the top of the podium.
馃听Aniyah B.听- 3rd Place! Aniyah鈥檚 critical thinking and passion for literature shined through in the competition.
馃帠锔徧Sara A.听- 6th Place! Sara鈥檚 dedication and hard work secured her a top spot in a tough field.

At the same time,听seniors Sylvia C. and Jada M.听stepped up in a big way to represent AHS in听Ready Writing鈥攁nd they didn鈥檛 disappoint! Despite being last-minute subs for our team, they delivered听thoughtful, well-crafted essays听that earned them听4th and 6th place听in the district. Their adaptability and writing talent were truly impressive!
