Our Biology students put their investigative skills to the test in a Macromolecule Mystery Lab! After a famous food critic became ill, student scientists analyzed samples from the scene using a series of macromolecule tests to determine what was in the food—and who could be responsible. 🧬🧪

From identifying proteins and carbohydrates to testing for lipids and other macromolecules, students used evidence, observations, and scientific reasoning to crack the case!
